Battles continued, Houthi militias suffered in western Taiz
Violent battles continued between the national army forces and Houthi coup militias in the western parts of Taiz governorate where the latter suffered heavy casualties in life and supplies.
September Net reporter said that fierce fighting broke out between the army forces and coup militias after the latter attempted to infiltrate into military positions of the army in Makbana fronts, but were beaten and forced to flee after inflicted a number of dead and wounded in addition to heavy losses in equipment.
Meanwhile, the army forces and Houthi militias exchanged heavy artillery shelling in several positions south-east Makbana district, leaving losses in life and supplies among the coupists.
It’s noteworthy to mention that, the coup militias conducted today artillery shells on residential nighborhods of Althabab area western Taiz as retaliation for its losses on the ground, causing serious injuries among citizens and extensive damages to houses.
