VP discusses developments in Al-Baidha province
Vice President Lieutenant General (Lt Gen) Ali Mohssen Saleh met Wednesday with governor of Al-Baidha province Saleh Arrasas, military commanders and leaders of local resistance and some social dignitaries.
The meeting dealt with the latest developments in the province of Al-Baidha.
Underway efforts aimed to push Houhi militia out of Al-Baidha were key focus of the Vice President talks during the meeting in which adivosr of the commander-in-chief, Maj. General Mohammed Al-Maqadishi, Chief of Staff, Maj. General Tahir Al-Aqaili and Commander of Third Military Zone Maj. General Ahmed Hassan Jobran wer in attendance.
(Lt Gen) Mohssen praised advancements and victories gained by the armed forces against Iran-backed Houthi militia, highly appreciating support by Saudi-led Coalition.
The Vice President has affirmed that legal leadership and government are determined to eliminate the coup d’état and to go on countering terrorism, building the Yemeni Federal State that is to be capable of securing peoples life and protecting neighbors’ interests.
The governor and military commanders briefed the Vice President on the latest developments relating to front-line battles in Al-Baidha province.
