National Army liberates positions in Taiz

National Army forces on Monday manged to liberate new positions of Houthi militia in the governorate of Taiz, southwestern the country.

Army troops regained control over strategic Shaifan mountain range and Wadi Shaifan during violent military attack on the rebels controlled- areas in Al-Raheda, south the province, military sources told September Net.

The army also managed to liberate most lands of Kesra’ and Sahi villages in the same area, added the sources.

On the western warfronts, the army troops repulsed attack on their sites forcing the insurgents to retreat and flee backward.

Many Houthi militia were killed and more others were injured during the confrontations with the army south and west of Taiz.
