Saudi air defenses intercepted four Houthi ballistic missile toward Najran
Saudi Air Defense Forces intercepted and destroyed on Saturday four ballistic missiles launched by the Houthi militias from Sa’ada province northern the country in the direction of civilian populated areas in the Saudi city of Jazan.
In a statement published by the Saudi Press Agency , Spokesman for the coalition Col. Turki Al-Maliki said that the missiles was deliberately fired to target populated areas, and fragments of the destroyed missiles sprinkled over neighborhoods but fortunately no casualties have been reported to the moment of preparing the statement.
This hostile act by the Iran-backed rebel militia proves the continued involvement of the Iranian regime in supporting the militia with quality capabilities in a clear defiance of the UN resolution no. 2216 and resolution no. 2231 and a violation of the International Humanitarian Law.”
