National army destroys 3 thousand landmines planted by Houthi militias in Sa’ada
National army troops destroyed 3 thousand landmines and explosive devices planted by Houthi coup militias in Baqim district of Sa’ada province.
Brigadier Abdo al-Barh, Commander of Special Tasks Brigade, said the engineering teams of the army managed to pull out and destroy on Tuesday 3 thousands of landmines and explosive devices of different sizes and forms planted by Iran-backed Houthi militias in different areas of Baqim district.
The engineering teams have continued to work on demining several areas of the districts, added al-Barh.
It is important to note that engineering teams have extracted until now up to 10 thousands of landmines planted in Baqim.
