Houthi militia suffers human and material losses in their stronghold, Sa’ada
Several Houthi militia members were killed and others injured on Tuesday after the National Army forces thwarted their attack in Sa’ada province, north of the country.
Two combat vehicles of the militia were also destroyed by the army during the fighting.
Arab coalition aircraft launched five raids targeted the rebels’ positions and crowds in the same fighting zones.
The coalition strikes killed and wounded scores of militiamen and destroyed military patrols of theirs.
Yemeni National Army has been engaged fierce battles with the Iran-backed Houthi militia in the Kitaf district of Sa’ada, where the army forces have made significant field advancements.
