1,632 mines planted by Houthi militia removed in 14 days
The King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid (MASAM) project managed to extract 1,632 mines and unexploded ordnance during the second week of March 2021.
The removed explosives include 45 anti-individual mines, 376 anti-tank mines, 1215 non-explosive ordnance and 5 explosive devices.
Since the start of MASAM project, the total number of removed mines has raised to nearly 224,000 mines planted by the Houthi terrorist militias in various areas of Yemen.
The MASAM project aims to help Yemen in mine clearance action by cleansing mine-infected areas and comfort direct threats posed against civilians.
