Army’s spokesman reviews army victories on battle fronts
Yemeni armed forces spokesman Brig. Gen. Abdo Mugali has confirmed that the army and resistance’s victories are continuing on the fronts of Marib province.
He pointed out that the army has made significant progress in Serawah, Al-Kasarah, Hillan, Al-Mashjah, Al-Makhdarah, Mas and Al-Juda’an fronts, east of Sana’a, where the militia’s attacks failed.
“The Houthi militia is still determined to implement the Iranian agenda, rejecting all initiatives,” Mugali said in a press release.
“Over the past week, fighting between the army and the Houthi militia has not stopped, and the army has made strategic progress on the front lines, killing and wounding a large number of Houthis,” he said.
Brig. Gen. Mugali said the military operations in Taiz were successful, and the army made qualitative advances, liberating strategic positions from the militia’ hands. The army in Hajjah, Sa’da and Al-Jawf provinces made progress on the ground with the support of the Coalition, he said, which was succeeded to secure the liberated sites in the past days.
