Two sisters sustain serious injuries in Houthi bombing southwest Taiz

Two sisters have sustained critical injuries on Thursday by Houthi-Saleh militias bombing on residential areas in al-Selw district southeast Taiz province, residents, medics told September Net.

The sources added that a mortar shell fired by militias from its positions in al-sharf region felled beside one of the houses in al-Mabran area, causing fatal wounds to the sisters Shaima Ali and Fateyah Ali.

The 18-year-old Shaima took three shrapnel in her belly, spine and the left kidney, while her 22 years sister was hurt in her head, said the sources.

“They received first aid at the field hospital in the district, and then transferred into the city as there case is serious”.

Meanwhile, the Houthi-Saleh militias’ artillery and rockets missiles are continually falling on the villages of the district al-Selw from their positions at Dimnat Khadeer and outskirts of the district, causing fatal losses losses in materials and life among residents, locals reported .
