National Army made new Progress North of Saada

The National army forces had made new field progress in northern Saada province, following fierce fighting against the Iran-backed Houthi militia.

Brigadier General Saleh Qaroush, commander of the 5th Brigade, said to September Net that the army has taken full control of a number of strategic sites around the center of Baqam Directorate, adding that as many as 50 of Houthi militias were killed and dozens wounded during the past two weeks following their desperate attempts to restore some sites in Saada.

In parallel, the artillery fire of the National Army had intensified its shelling targeted the positions of the Houthi militia in Razeh western of Saada, inflicted them heavy casualties in life and equipment.

Meanwhile, the warplanes of the Arab coalition launched several raids in Saqeen, Al Amar and Buqa directorates, targeted movements and reinforcements belonging to the militias resulting in killing dozens of them including field leaders in addition to destroy vehicles and military combat.
