National Army frees strategic positions western Lahj
National Army forces have liberated on Monday a number of strategic areas after heavy fighting against Iran-backed Houthi militia in Lahj province, official sources said to September Net.
“The Army forces engaged in heavy battles with the Houthi rebels western Al-Qabiata directorate and managed to retake control over Najed Qufail, al-Nabi Shoaib mountain, al-Karb areas, Ka’bain, Dayash, and the strategic mountain of Gaales,” sources said.
In the meantime, violent battles and confrontations are taking place between the National Army and the Houthi coupists in the last positions of “Dayash Valley” to continue advancing towards Homaidh areas.
The battles resulted in dozens of Houthi militias deaths, the wounding of several others in addition to destroy one armored vehicle and recapture quantity of weapons and ammunition.
