The national armed forces have regained control of positions in Altoheta district in the province of Alhodaidah following fierce battles against Houthi coup militias on Sunday.

Source on the ground said to September Net that the army troops liberated several positions during a combing operation of the rebels’ pockets in area of Alsweq western Altoheta district.

The battles resulted in the killing and wounding of several Houthi militiamen in addition to destroying a number of combat vehicles, according to the source.
