Vice President Lieutenant-General Ali Mohssen Saleh met on Saturday with the Governor of Marib province, Major General Sultan Al-Arradah to discuss a number of field and political developments.

Vice President Saleh praised the efforts exerted by the heroes of the National Army  in order to restore legitimacy and state’s institution, highly appreciating significant support of Arab Coalition led by Saudi Arabia.

Saleh referred to a number of issues related to political and military aspects in accordance with  directives of His Excellency the President of the Republic Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi.

He also confirmed the firmness of political leadership to complete the liberation of the Yemeni land, end the suffering of Yemenis and realize security and stability across the homeland.

For his part, the governor of Marib presented various reports on the performance of his province during 2018 and 2019 plans, expressing his appreciation and thanks to the vice president for his care and support.

The meeting was attended by the Inspector General of the Armed Forces Maj. Gen. Adel Al-Qumeiri, Commander of the Third Military Region Maj. Gen. Faisal Ali and commanders of the Arab Coalition forces in Marib province.
