National Army forces liberated on Thursday strategic areas in Ketaf district of Sa’ada province.

The army retook control of the villages of al-Rafkah, al-Akeemi, al-Rakb, al-Holafa and the mountain of al-Kahr after fierce battles against Houthi coup militia.

The battles resulted in the killing of several Houthi rebels including the field leader known as Abu Gaber al-Mahdari and wounding more.

The army also managed to capture 3 Houthi rebels and regained large quantity of multiple weapons and ammunitions.
