National army forces found a network of tunnels and trenches used by Houthi militia in Razih district northeastern Sa’ada province.

The insurgents were using the tunnels and trenches as stashes to protect its elements from warplanes bombardment and to hinder the army’s progress.

The army managed in the past few day to liberate al-Azhour mountains, Ameer valley, al-Hesn hill and al-Makhader village in which the trenches and tunnels were found. .

The tunnels are branching to several lines, some leading to arms depots, and others into citizen’s houses turned by militias into military barracks.
