Several Houthi militiamen were killed and injured on Thursday following fierce battles with army forces in the north of Al- Jawf province.

The battles broke out after the Houthi rebels attempted to infiltrate into army’s sites in Qa’shan mountain in the area of  Wadi Salbah.

The army thwarted the rebels’ attempt and inflicted them a number of killed and wounded and also destroyed combat vehicles.
