Marib Security seizes quantity of cannabis on its way to Houthi militias
The Security Forces in the province of Marib seized 23 kilograms of cannabis (Hashish) on its way to Houthi militias in Sana’a.
Commander of Patrolmen and Road Security Police in Marib, Colonel Ahmad Durkum, ” said the psychoactive cannabis was hidden professionally inside bags carrying signs of food for children on board of taxi vehicle.
The militias tried to camouflage the Security Forces by taking a family in the car in order to facilitating transit examinations.
The coup militias use cannabis as one of the important sources of income to finance its war against Yemenis, as well as its use in recruiting children and young people, Colonel Durkum added.
