Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Abdullah al-Nakha’ee highly praised the roles  played by Kingdom Saudi Arabia in supporting Yemen, its unity, security, stability and restoring the state’s institutions that Iran-allied Houthi rebel militia has sought to take control over.

His statement came as he met Saturday in Aden with Commander of Saudi troops operate within the Saudi-led Arab Coalition Forces.

Discussions focused on different topics relating to security and military developments and combat operations in different warfronts.

General Annakha’ee said” We’ll never allow Iran to have foothold in Yemen or to promote its subversive scheme in our country and Arab region…”.

” We have to go on battling Iran-backed Houthi rebels until recapture all remaining regions that still under the militia control”.

For his part, the Commander of Saudi troops has reiterated Saudi Arabia’s support for Yemen and Yemeni people until the coup is eliminated and reinstate official authority.
