National Army forces thwarted on Saturday Houthi militias’ infiltration in Makbanah district in the west of Taiz province.

The Houthi rebels attempted to sneak into army’s sites in the area of al-Koheafah, but were beaten and forced to flee.

Meanwhile, army artillery shelled Houthi militias’ reinforcements in the same district.

A number of Houthi militants were killed and injured during the clashes.
