The engineering teams of the national army forces dismantled a large network of explosives planted by the Houthi militia, south of the city of Hodeidah, west of the country.

On Tuesday, the national army found the network in a tunnel under the highway, near Al-Manthar Square, south of the city.

The tunnel, which was discovered, contains dozens of explosive barrels, each weighing about 80 kg.

Houthi’s militia planted thousands of landmines and improvised explosive devices in residential neighborhoods and public roads in various areas under its control, causing hundreds of civilian casualties, mostly women and children.
