Brig. Majali: army preparing to fully liberate the remaining of Sa’ada & Al-Dhlale

The spokesman for the national army, Brig. Gen. Abdu Majali, confirmed the escape of dozens of Houthi militia leaders from the front lines of the fighting in the provinces of Sa’ada and Al-Dhlale in the past two days.
Majali said in statements to Asharq Al-Awsat that, the national army forces liberated large areas in the provinces of Saada and Al-Dhlale.
The fact that large numbers of Houthi fighters followed their leaders to escape direct confrontations, which contributed significantly to the advance of the army on these fronts and enabled it to extend its influence on 70 percent of the province of Al-Dhlale, and about 55% of Sa’ada.
He stressed that the militias suffered a complete collapse in their ranks after their losses on the main fronts.
The army spokesman said the militias were still exploiting their presence in the port of Hodeidah, Ras Issa and Al-Salif to carry out the smuggling of aircraft and the spare parts of various types of weapons and ballistic missiles brought from Iran to support its arm Houthi in Yemen.
He stressed the need for the UN to move to identify the party impeding the political process after it was proved by evidence that the militias seek to destabilize the region as a whole.
