Army regains new areas in Al-Dhale & kills 60 Houthis

National army forces on Sunday, regained control over new areas from the Houthi militia in the western province of Al-Dhale.

Backed by popular resistance, the army forces liberated “Habeel and Bajah” Villages, Wadi Al-Zabairyat, and fully captured Shakhab village, in the northwest of Al-Dhale province.

60 Houthi militants, including senior leaders, were killed in the fighting, and two combat vehicles were destroyed along with 23-caliber weapon, while dozens militiamen fled towards Ibb city.

The national army forces are pushing forward in the direction of Saleem and Alfakher region, west of Qataba, northern the province.
