Saudi air defenses intercept 2 Houthi drones in Khamis Mushait

Saudi air defense forces on Monday evening intercepted two weaponized drones launched by the Iranian-backed Houthi militia towards the city of Khamis Mushait.
The spokesman for the Arab Coalition supporting Yemen’s legitimate government, Col. Turki Al-Maliki said early Tuesday, that, the Saudi defenses managed to shoot down two weaponized drones belonging to the militia tried to target civilian facilities in failed and repeated attempts, without achieving any objectives.
Al-Maliki pointed out that these weaponized drones were exposed and dropped, stressing the right of Saudi forces to take and implement appropriate measures to deal with these acts of aggression, in accordance with international humanitarian law and customary rules.
