The national army forces on Sunday, defeated an attack by the Houthi militia in Sa’ada province, in the north of the country.

The army was able to thwart the attack of the militia, east of Baqam district, north of the province.

The confrontations resulted in the killing and wounding of a number of Houthi militia elements, forcing the remaining to flee.
