The national army forces, backed by the Arab Coalition for the support of legitimacy in Yemen, on Tuesday, made new progress in Hajjar front, west of Al-Dhale province.
The army liberated the village of Battar in the Hajjar area, after fierce clashes with the Iranian-backed Houthi militia, which fled.
The clashes resulted in the killing and injuries among the Houthi militia, and the demolition of a number of militia’s combat hardware.
The army continues to advance towards the Sabira area, north of Qataba district, amid heavy collapses in the ranks of the Houthi militia.
