Army seizes quantities of cannabis herb on its way to Houthi militia

The national army forces at the entrance to Marib city on Tuesday, seized quantities of cannabis herb, on its way to the Iranian-backed Houthi rebel militia.

The media officer of the 13th Brigade, Capt. Hafedh Murad, told September Net that, the check point of the 13th Brigade seized 80 kilograms of cannabis drug.

Captain Mourad explained that the quantities of hashish were hidden in a gas cylinder and that the members of the check point discovered them.

He pointed out that the bus driver offered to the members of the check point a large amount of money in exchange for the passage of quantities of cannabis drug, but they refused the offer and brought the seizures to the competent authorities.
