A presidential decree no (106) of 2019 issued on Wednesday, appointing Brig. Gen. Mohammed Ahmed al-Hubaishi as a commander of the Third Military Zone and promoting him to Maj. General.

The second article of the decree stipulates on validity of the decree since its issuance and to be published in State Gazette and military bulletins.
