Army liberates new areas in Baqim, Sa’ada

The Yemeni national army forces, backed by the Arab coalition for the support of legitimacy in Yemen, on Saturday, liberated new areas, in Baqim district, north of Sa’ada province.
The commander of the 3rd Brigade Border Guard, Brig. Gen. Hayel Al-Qasha’i told September Net that, the army liberated the village of Khasaban, in addition to a number of hills surrounding Al-Nar the strategic mountain, overlooking the village of Al-Hassan.
He pointed out that the national army forces, cut the supply lines of the Iran-backed Houthi rebels, to most of their positions in Al-Nar mountain.
Al-Qasha’i said that the national army forces, continue to advance amid the large collapses in the ranks of the Houthi militia.
He confirmed that, the fighting resulted in the killing and wounding of a number of the Houthi militia, and losses in its hardware.
