Army attains strategic advances east of Sana’a

The national army forces, supported by the coalition for supporting the legitimate government in Yemen, on Friday, attained new progress in the front of Nihm east of the capital Sanaa.
The national army forces completed the liberation of the Al-Bayyad mountains range in Nhim district, after violent confrontations with the Iran-backed Houthi rebel militia.
National army forces also liberated Al-Jurove mountains, Jabal Al-Ghunaimi and Jabal Al-Rabah, and advance towards Al-Kuhl strategic mountain.
By controlling these positions, the national army is able to cut off the main militia supply lines in the same area.
The clashes resulted in the killing and wounding of a number of Houthi rebel militia elements, as well as heavy losses in militia’s hardware.
