Dozens of the Iran-backed Houthi rebel militia on Friday were killed and injured while attempting to infiltrate positions under the control of the Yemeni national army in north-western province of Hajja.

The army forces successfully thwarted all the militia infiltration attempts, forcing its elements to flee after incurring the causalities on their side.

Meanwhile, the fighter jets of the coalition to back the legitimacy in Yemen launched a number of airstrikes on the sites of the Houthi militia in the district of Harad in Hajja province, resulting in losses in equipment and fighters among the Houthi militia.
