Young girl injured by Houthi-laid mine in Al-Dhale

A young girl was injured in a landmine explosion planted by Iran-backed Houthi militia in Murais district of Al-Dhale province.

Local sources said to September Net that the 18-year-old Etesam Ghalep Al-Hashedi  had her left leg amputated due to the mine explosion.

The young girl was herding cattle when the landmine went off, according to the sources.

The Iran-backed Houthi militia planted thousands of landmines in populated areas and main roads of Al-Dhale province, leaving tens civilians killed and injured mostly women and children.
