Army Forces thwart Houthi infiltration attempt in Al-Jawf

Yemeni Armed Forces thwarted an infiltration attempt launched by Iran-backed Houthi militia towards liberated areas in the south of Al-Jawf province.
The Houthi militia tried Tuesday to sneak into army’s sites in Al-Mahzamat mountains, but were beaten and forced to flee.
Commander of Special Forces Brigade said to September Net “the battles in Al-Jawf fronts is the gateway to the capital Sana’a.”
Brigadier Mohammed Al-Hajouri confirmed that the heroes of the army forces have learned the Houthi militia unforgettable lessons in the battlefield.
The Assistant of 6th Military Region commander said the Houthi militia suffered heavy losses in both personnel and combat equipments in the fronts of Al-Jawf.
Brigadier General Mohammad bin Rassaih added “The goal of the Yemeni armed forces is not only liberating Nihm area, but also regaining every inch of our beloved homeland from the control of Iran-backed Houthi militia.”
