Yemen’s Armed Forces Spokesman, Brig. Gen. Abdu Mujali said the army forces have achieved strategic victories on the ground, amid major collapse and losses in the ranks of Houthi militia .

In a statement to “September Net” he stated that the army, tribesmen backed by coalition fighters managed to retake key positions from the grip of Houthi militias in the provinces of  Sana’a, Al-Bayda, Al-Jawf and Saada.

He pointed out that, the army forces launched several surprise attacks and ambushes against militias and captured  a number of its elements during the last battles.

“The Houthi militia has also continued to randomly targeting civilians and residential neighborhoods in Al-Bayda province using all types of heavy and medium weapons”, he added.
