Army regains control of key positions eastern Sana’a

Yemen’s armed forces backed by the popular resistance on Tuesday liberated key positions in Nihm front, east of Sana’a, causing significant human and material losses for the Iran-backed Houthi rebel militia.
The army liberated the strategic al-Sofr Hill positions in Al-Ataq front, after fierce battles, killing and wounding a number of militiamen and destroying armored vehicles.
Moreover, army artillery shelled gatherings, positions and reinforcements of the Houthi militia east of Sana’a, causing significant human and material losses.
The army backed by popular resistance and the Arab coalition fighters are fighting daily battles eastern Sana’a, making progress amid heavy losses for the Houthi militia.
