Yemen’s military court in the third military region of Marib province on Tuesday approved the forced arrest of the Houthi rebel militia coup leader Abdulmalik al-Houthi, and 174 of the militia’s leadership figures on charges of coup against the legitimate authorities and the establishment of an armed terrorist organization, supported by Iran and the Lebanese Hezbollah.

The court responded to the military prosecutor’s request, which requested the seizure of the property of 175 figures, as well as the property of the Houthi rebel militia, both at home and abroad.

The court also approved the arrest of the suspects inside or outside Yemen, and assigned the security authorities and Interpol police to do so.
