Brig. Gen. Mugali: army’s latest operations target militia’s reinforcements western Marib & eastern Sana’a
The official spokesman of the Yemen’s armed forces, Brig. Gen. Abdo Mugali, confirmed that the army’s latest operations, supported by resistance, have targeted Houthi militia elements and reinforcements both in the west of Marib and east of Sana’a.
He pointed out that the army on Sunday made strategic progress in al-Jawf province, where it advanced and took control of strategic areas and positions, killing and wounding dozens of Houthi militia elements, and destroying a number of vehicles and combat crews.
He noted that the army’s air defenses in eastern Sana’a fronts have shot down and destroyed two bomb-laden drones, fired by the Houthi militia.
