34 Houthi militants killed, dozens injured in Sarwah, west of Marib
At least 34 Houthis militants were killed on Friday, and others injured during battles with Yemeni armed forces backed by the popular resistance in Serwah district, western Marb province.
Earlier on Friday, the army and the resistance have fought fierce battles against Iran-back Houthi militia on several fronts in Serwah district.
A military source confirmed that 34 Houthis were killed and dozens injured in the fighting and those who remained had fled.
He added that army artillery targeted Houthi militia positions and mechanisms, killing a number of them, and destroying four combat crews carrying reinforcements on their way to the front, killing and injuring all those on board.
