A girl was martyred and her brother wounded after the Iran-backed Houthi terrorist militias shelled residential villages in the western part of Taiz Governorate.
Local sources reported that the Houthi militias launched an artillery bombardment using mortar shells, targeting civilian homes in Alhanaya village, Maqbanah District.
According to the sources, the shelling resulted in the martyrdom of the girl, Nawazeh Mused, and left her brother, Mohammed Mused, seriously wounded while they were near their home.
The sources indicated that the wounded child was transferred to the Saudi field hospital in Mocha to receive medical treatment.
