Al-Mahrami Reviews Armed Forces Readiness with Defense Minister, Academy Director

Presidential Leadership Council member Abdul-Rahman al-Mahrami met Saturday with Defense Minister Lt. Gen. Mohsen al-Daari and Military Academy Director Maj. Gen. Hussein bin Atiq to review the state of the armed forces, combat readiness, and training plans.

Al-Daari briefed al-Mahrami on recent inspection visits to several fronts and military regions. Discussions focused on ongoing training programs and the 2026 plan to enhance combat skills and leadership capacity.

Al-Mahrami stressed the importance of training in boosting operational performance and praised military colleges for producing professional officers and commanders.
