Chief of Staff attends conclusion of Military Research Presentations for Command Course 17

The Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General Dr. Sagheer Bin Aziz, attended on Tuesday the closing ceremony for the individual military research presentations of the seventeenth Command and General Staff Course. The event was held at the Higher Military Academy’s Command and Staff College in Marib.

During the ceremony, the Chief of Staff congratulated the participants on completing their military research requirements, praising the high academic standard of their work and the valuable contributions from evaluation committees.

He commended the Academy’s leadership for their successful educational efforts and emphasized the military leadership’s commitment to enhancing officers’ professional development.

Major General Khaled Al-Ashwal, Head of Operations, highlighted how the research addressed real operational challenges facing the Armed Forces, representing the culmination of a year combining theoretical study and practical application.

Brigadier General Sufian Abdulrahim, Director of the Command and Staff College, described the research as an “intellectual achievement” that enriched military knowledge and leadership development.

The ceremony was attended by senior military officials including Major General Abdulaziz al-Shamiri, Advisor to the Vice-President of the Presidential Leadership Council, Brigadier General Abdu Mujali, Armed Forces Spokesperson and Brigadier General Dr. Yahya Alozari, Director of War Operations.
