His Excellency President Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi, Chairman of Yemen’s Presidential Leadership Council, met with the Chairman of the Supreme Judiciary Council, Chief Justice Muhsen Yahya Taleb, and other senior judicial officials to discuss the judiciary’s role in strengthening state authority and protecting its legal status.
Al-Alimi praised the judiciary’s achievements and its role in protecting rights, freedoms, and public and private property, emphasizing the need for a strong, impartial, and efficient judiciary to uphold the rule of law.
He highlighted the importance of the judiciary in combating impunity, protecting public and private property, and maintaining state authority, particularly after the completion of the military operation to reclaim seized areas.
