Tariq Saleh Discusses Armed Forces Preparedness with Chief of Staff

Presidential Leadership Council member (PLC) Tariq Saleh met on Monday with Chief of the General Staff, Commander of Joint Operations (Lt Gen) Sagheer bin Aziz.

General bin Aziz briefed Saleh on the armed forces’ combat preparedness, the progress realized in training and the conditions of the armed forces personnel.

Saleh stated that the PLC is very keen to upgrade the armed forces capacities, provide the troops with necessary support to enable them to perform their duties effectively.
