Army defeats Houthis’ infiltration attempt south of Hodeidah

A number of the Iran-backed Houthi rebel militia elements were killed in confrontations with the Yemeni national army forces, south of Hodeidah province, west of the country.

The clashes erupted on Tuesday evening as the Houthi militia groups attempted to infiltrate army positions on the outskirts of the city of Al-Duraimi.

The army defeated the attempted infiltration of the militia, forced it to retreat, after suffering casualties.
