Defense Ministry Honors Tariq Saleh with Its Shield

The Minister of Defense, Lieutenant General Mohsen Al-Daari, has awarded the Ministry’s Shield to Presidential Leadership Council member Tariq Saleh.

The honor comes in recognition of Saleh’s efforts in the national battle against the Iranian project in Yemen and its tool, the Houthi terrorist militia.

The Defense Minister stated that the National Resistance Forces, led by Saleh, have been a strong tributary to the sacred national battle being waged by the Yemeni people to restore the state and its historic capital, Sanaa, and to forever overthrow the myth of wilayat (divine guardianship).

He noted that the achievements of the National Resistance Forces are the result of the significant and continuous efforts of their founder and commander, Tariq Saleh.
