US, UK, and France Denounce Houthi Death Sentences Against Yemeni Citizens

The United States, United Kingdom, and France have strongly condemned the Houthi militia’s arbitrary death sentences against Yemeni citizens.

A joint statement by the embassies of the three countries emphasized that these sham trials and unjust convictions highlight the militia’s intimidation of the Yemeni people.

The statement also called for the immediate and unconditional release of all UN staff, NGO workers, and diplomatic personnel detained by the Houthi militia.
