The Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Shaya Zindani Underscored the important role of the High Committee for Tenders and Bids (HCTB) in promoting the financial and managerial reforms, urging the Committee to do its job professionally to contribute toward boosting the governance, transparency and honesty.

” The HCTB has a very important role to play in establishing the governance and transparency, ensuring equal opportunity and promoting fair competition”, he remarked.

His remarks came during his meeting today, Thursday, in the temporary capital Aden, with the Chairman and members of the HCTB.
The HCTB has been established to serve as an instrument to boost governance, transparency and ensure the integrity of government tender procedures, Zindani stressed.
