Clashes between the Yemeni Armed Forces and the Iran-backed Houthi terrorist militia resumed on Saturday across several frontlines in Taiz Governorate.
In response to attacks on their positions, the Armed Forces conducted artillery strikes targeting Houthi militia positions on the Al-Dhubab and Ghurab fronts west of Taiz City, on the Al-Selw Front south of the governorate, and on the Maqbanah Front in western rural Taiz.
The Armed Forces’ air defense units also intercepted Houthi drones on the Maqbanah Front and thwarted the militia’s attempts to attack Army positions.
Meanwhile, Armed Forces reconnaissance teams detected the Houthi terrorist militia launching missiles from Mount Auman in the Al-Hawban area, east of Taiz City, toward the Red Sea
