The Yemeni Armed Forces on Sunday repelled criminal attacks carried out by the Houthi terrorist militia against the city of Mokha and its port, using drones, booby-trapped boats, and missiles.

Coast Guard forces thwarted Houthi militia’s attempted attack on the pier of Mokha Port using a remotely operated boat loaded with explosives, successfully intercepting and destroying it before it could reach its target.

Meanwhile, the Houthi terrorist militia carried out indiscriminate attacks using explosive-laden drones and missiles, targeting residential neighborhoods and civilian facilities, including the solar power station in the city of Mokha.

The National Resistance Forces said their air defenses shot down 11 Houthi drones that had been directed at Mokha Port and several civilian facilities since Sunday afternoon.

The attacks come as part of the Houthi terrorist militia’s continued escalation against vital infrastructure, civilian facilities, and residential areas in several governorates, in an attempt to inflict the greatest possible harm on civilians.
