Presidential Decree Appoints Military Adviser to Supreme Commander of Armed Forces

The Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, issued today Decree No. (195) of 2026.

Article One of the decree appoints Major General Hashem Abdullah Hussein Al-Ahmar as Military Adviser to the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and promotes him to the rank of Lieutenant General.

Article Two stipulates that the decree shall take effect from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette and military bulletins.
