Armed Forces Warplanes Strike Houthi militia Positions in Southern Taiz

Yemeni Armed Forces warplanes carried out five airstrikes on Monday targeting positions and fortifications of the Iran-backed Houthi terrorist militia in southern Taiz Governorate.

The airstrikes targeted Houthi militia positions in Al-Ahkoum front in Hayfan District, inflicting significant human and material losses on the militia.

Meanwhile, the Yemeni Armed Forces’ air defenses shot down a Houthi drone in the Al-Kadaha front, west of Taiz.

The drone was carrying a mortar shell and was intercepted before reaching its intended target.

The Armed Forces’ air defenses also shot down another Houthi drone in the Jabal Jardad area, southwest of the governorate.
